Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, not inside Zikry. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Choose Zikry there to change or cancel your plan.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the paywall or the settings screen in the app and choose the restore option. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with.
What are credits?
Credits pay for the nasheeds Zikry creates for you. You can buy a credit pack once, or choose a monthly plan.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app’s settings, or request deletion on the web page below.
How do I report a nasheed or other content?
In the app, open the menu on the nasheed and choose the report option.
