1. Web purchases

Credit packs and subscriptions purchased on our website are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and refunds. Purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.

To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”, or contact us at [email protected].

2. Refund window and digital content

Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Statutory periods may differ; applicable consumer law takes precedence.

Where permitted by applicable law and with the required consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal ends once you start using the digital content, for example by spending credits or generating a song. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For partially used packs, a refund of the unused portion may be granted at our or Paddle's discretion.

3. Subscriptions

The 14-day refund right applies to the initial subscription payment, subject to the digital content exception above. Renewals are not refunded except where required by law. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal, paddle.net, or your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Cancellation by itself is not a refund.

4. Failed generations

If a generation permanently fails (failed render) due to a system/infrastructure technical error, the spent credits are automatically returned to your account balance, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. App Store and Google Play purchases

Refunds for Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund rules. We cannot refund these purchases directly.

6. Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
